Gate House Lodge at Sugarbush discourages bags in the main lodge / dining area. Plenty of storage available for bages and gear

Usually wherever, although I try to avoid the under-table thing. Usually I'll stash it upstairs in KBL at Killington, and at Hunter and Blue, it's close enough that I can boot up in the car.

I'm not too worried about it getting stolen, it's old and all that's ever in it is a worn-out pair of sneakers.

Free bag chack at Mount Snow. Love it! I once had my bag disappear out of the lodge at Sundown about 12 years ago :-O Ever since then I've been a lock it up or bag check. It's worth the buck or 2 it costs for me and my wife to have access to our gear during the day for the times we need to either layer up/down, etc.

I try to put it along a wall, or on top of a shelf or locker. Or lots of times if I'm alone, I will just boot up in the truck and leave my stuff there. I do this most nights when night skiing except for race nights. On race nights I will put my stuff upstairs in the bar along with all the other racers.

I only leave my shoes in the lodge and will use a cubby if I can find one, otherwise I'll stash them in a place that won't interfere with anyone/look like a table claim.

It really is worth the buck or two to get a locker or to check a bag. It still amazes me the stuff people will bring into lodges and stash on or under a table - then be surprised when it goes missing or broken. I love it when I go skiing somewhere and see a camcorder partially visible under a table - might as well just put it on the table and write 'free' on it!
