This was the best day-after-Thanksgiving skiing in years at Bretton. There were three lifts open (not including the beginner area) and the conditions were remarkably good given the rain on Wednesday. It got pretty icy by the end of the day but we haven't had more than two ways down at this time of the year in a long time so we were very pleased. They were blowing snow on parts of the runs but it wasn't too bad. It was also snowing for most of the morning despite the forecast for sun, and it was very cold.

If this pattern holds it should be a really great season.
