Date(s) Skied: Sunday 9th February
Resort or Ski Area: Bretton Woods, NH
Conditions: Mostly great. Packed, groomed powder on most of the green/blue trails I skied. A but skiied off on some of the more popular greens meaning it was a bit gritty/icy but generally excellent conditions
Trip Report: Still a beginner/intermediate so nothing to report on the black runs but Two Miles Home, Bigger Ben, Archies Alley, Fabians Express & Granny's Grit all great conditions and fun to practice on. No doubt a bit boring for advanced skiiers but we all have to start somewhere. Bretton's Wood was a bit disappointing - very gritty and even a bit icey. We got there about 9am and it was so quiet - parked almost next to the Lodge, got a bit busier about 11:30am but nice level of activity.
One of the lifts - Zephyrs ?? - was shut for an hour or two - no real explanation - but no big deal.
Left about 2pm - great day!
