Been in that section a couple of times. Really easy to get off on some goat paths- one run we were skiing down what looked more like a hiking trail, complete with little wooden brodges over multiple creek crosiings. Would have been more enjoyable if we'd had any sense that we would, eventually, come out near a lift or something. We did, eventually, but it was dicey. Not sure it that was our own fault, and we didn't pay attention to trail signs, or if there just weren't any- I don't recall seeing any, anyway.

Biggest downside is that there's no way to get back to the top without doing 2 lifts, and there's no way out except at the very bottom. If you go in there, go with a partner, because you won't see much of anyone else.

They're 5-6 years old. They are probably some of the best glades I've ever skied, they start off as different glades but they all empty into one chute. The best ones are Roz's and Enchanted Bear IMO.

Definetly don't get much traffic, not many rocks or anything like that but aren't novice glades. I'd say average pitch but it depends what kind skier you are too. I like'm because they have a decent pitch, good tree spacing, and not many peeps at Bretton woods ski glades.

Yeah they are actually pretty fun, a bit steeper than the other stuff on the mountain.

The steeper (but shorter) ones are off of two miles home. Snowmakers gulley, mr. moose ect... They have some exposed stumps to watch for but are generally pretty easy. Not a lot of traffic because....well this is Bretton Woods we're talking about. There is also a nice little path off the top next to Bode's run

Oh man, I spent a weekend in there after the Valentine's Day storm a few years ago and looooved it. Then again, I love almost all tree skiing. Here's a pic:

There are some steeper sections, but you can see where they get steep before you commit. Overall I think everything in there is really doable by a confident intermediate. In general they're just really fun -- pruned enough so that you can get up some speed without things getting too tight, but just tight enough to keep things interesting. I also personally love that it's really easy to end up jumping over a creek or skiing over a bridge or whatever, but I'm not too concerned about dinging up my skis and whatnot.

Summary: super fun if you like to boost your ego ripping through intermediate trees. :)
