Here's a few more "classic" style trails created by true artists:

Courage, Deer Run and Pepacton at Bobcat in Andes, NY
Searle's Way or Challenger at Okemo
Fallen Timbers at Mount Snow

I much prefer the old style trails that where created without the use of dynamite and heavy equipment. As once said by Sel Hannah.... "Stand in the wind at the top of a mountain; take a round stone -- one so big that both hands are needed to lift it -- and start it rolling. The stone will follow the crevices and bumps and natural features of the land. The best ski trails follow the stone's path......."

Rural legend has it that several trails at Timberline, WV were cut that way, except the round stone was replaced by a bowling ball. The West Virginia added touch...

Though much easier and wider than the narrow expert classics at SB and MRG, how about Proctor, Youngman and Voter at Middlebury Snow Bowl? (Haven't skied them in 25 years, so they may have been graded and widened over time.)

How about Goat, a trail cut by a drunken artist, so unconventially done it becomes a classic? Narrow ridge with plenty of exposed rock at top, double fall line, some trees and gulleys to play in at the sides.
