Buffet Lunch @ Jay

I never got up to Jay last year. In prior years Jay offered a gourmet buffet lunch in the large room down the hall from the main lodge. Did they offer that last year? Does anyone know if their doing it again this year? I confess to a weakness for good food. It was a deal. At a couple of dollars more then you would spend in the caf. it was well worth it. I always thought that Jay had some of the best cafeteria food anyway.

Must be getting close to dinner. I just finished a plate of Calamari.

If you want a good lunch try the Eagle's Eye restaurant on the summit of Kicking Horse. Whitewater has great base lodge food. At Jay Peak, we usually eat in the little pizza concession right next to the tram. Have to check out that buffet.

You're right on both accounts. I've been there once and would like to go back. If we were rating ski area food I would have to give my vote to Whitewater. That was good. But this forum is dedicated to the Northeast so I'll go w/Jay's buffet. If I'm right, you're buying.
