Conditions: Packed Powder, Groomed Hardpack
Trip Report: This was my first time out this year. The weather was good, although a bit windy. Only about 40% of the mountain was open. The Stevenson Express Quad was still closed. It probably won't open until the weekend. All the open trials were in excellent condition. The 2 open expert trials, Rocket and Marjie's Delight were in great condition in the morning, but with limited open terrain, were getting skied off by the afternoon and icy patches started showing up. All in all a good first day to get those muscles going.:razz::razz:
