I just noticed google maps option to calculate a route and time for walking.

So, to walk to Magic Mountain will take 1 day and 17 hours.
Stowe will take 2 days, 16 hours.
Alta will take 31 days.
It seems to use 3mph, which is probably right if I have to carry my gear!

They warned me: Use caution – This route may be missing sidewalks or pedestrian paths.

The good news, they didn't suggest I walk on any Interstate highways! :-o

I'm thinking it might take you a little longer if you do it in the middle of winter with snowbanks, ice, and slush puddles to contend with...

And if you did it in ski boots... fuhgeddaboudit...

good point. And the route to Stowe indicates that several roads "may be seasonally closed"

I'm assuming that doesn't include any time off to rest ...
