Yes, you do have to remember where you are geographically. Where I bartend it's funny when you make two Cosmos, Beefeater Martini, couple of beers and the total is like thirty dollars and people look at you like 'That's all?' Being from Boston, MA myself and knowing how much that would've cost, I laugh and say, 'Yes'

But remember, he said 60K liquor sales, probably doesn't include beer, wine, and food.

60 Grand for the one Saturday. This is also the south and five years ago where/when drinks were cheap, pretty much $5. I bet it averaged around $25 a head. Most people were pretty effed up the moment they walked through the door from partying in their condos and out on the slopes with flasks, squirt guns full of tequila shooting into each others mouths, even some hardcores straight up skiing with bottles of booze.

ok 60 for the one sat sounds better. i thought you ment the whole weekend.

actually a bunch of places that i work with aren't all swanky. mostly college type sports bars and when they have all day event like a string of games its no uncommon for the final ring to well above 80. beer, food, and some of the harder stuff.

the swanky table service places if they have 500 seats. most likely ring a min of 120 for a saturday night. if there are running the place even close to right.

the place i end up is somehwere in the middle. i stray away from the swankier places unless i absoulutly need to be there for biz related resons.
