This website is dedicated to closed ski hills. A ski archeology site. It is very cool. It includes New England, NY, NJ, Canada and others. Very cool.

Have you ever wondered what happened to your favorite ski area? Why did it close? What was the history behind it? Ever driven by a closed ski area and wondered what it was, its legacy?

Well it's buried so deep that I did not see it..
No biggie. Duplicate thread topics come up all the time. The Search function is helpful here.

Well, I almost never get lucky (married)... when I do I hope its not with either of you ;)

Seriously, I think I need to get a little better first... I heard Greg got quite the workout skiing with Jim and hes a better skier than me... :)

Sorry to go so far OT...

And I was just kidding about the getting lucky part (in case my wife who occasionly reads these forums finds this ;) )

BAWWW HAWWWWW! Funny because I'm usually chasing my sons around and listening to Karl complain about how he can't keep up with the kids!

Back on topic you may also want to check out teachski's (forum member) website, I think it compliments NELSAP well...

Thanks!

NELSAP is a good site. My site was meant to compliment the site, as I have lots of stuff from currently open areas as well as some additional stuff from closed areas. I have also contributed to NELSAP. Some of it has been posted, other stuff has not. I sent info on Little Prospect and Big Prospect in Dummerston, VT (2 additional lost areas I discovered) quite a while ago and it has not been posted (close to 3 years now). I also sent information regarding G-Bar-S Ranch a while ago (over a year), I discovered that it's now Butternut and needs to be removed from the "lost" (40th Anniversary Brochure). I really wish it would be added and corrected.
