First of all I'm pretty sure I'm taking my skis to Competitive Edge and having them tune the edges and base. I think I want a little more aggressive cut than stock on my Rossi SC80 Phantom 185s so I might ask for an 88 or 87 degree edge cut. And it's been a while since I've had a wax.

Anywhere you go this next week is gonna be slick. From Mass to Vermont you're gonna be lucky to see an inch or two of crusty snow and probably some freezing rain mixed in.

But of course its winter and time to ski regardless. Where you all planning on going this week or weekend?

I haven't decided yet. I'm gonna get my skis tuned, see how the weather pans out and take it from there. Next opportunity to ski for me is Saturday cuz I gotta work alll week.

We'll be at Magic on Saturday and probably Okemo for NH Sunday Solution on Sunday.
Hoping the Friday/Sat event gives us what we want.

Any of those icy runs part of the pathetic trail count at Magic?

I generally stick to the larger resorts like killington because everyone on great northern needs to know how awesome of a skier i am as i blow by those poor chumps leaving only a trail of empty beer cans and a steezy rooster tail of snow. Plus I have the Skyship Gondola to roll and smoke a joint for the ride back up, the people at the midstation are in awe when the doors open.

I sacrificed my helmet to ULLR this past year as I feel helmets are for pussies....
