When I was a kid I used to watch wrestling when it was Edward Carpentier (read with your best Canadian accent) who dazzled us with his acrobatics, Andre the Giant, the Indian (drawing a blank on the name- he always wore a full headress...). That must have been late 60's/early 70's.NYDrew said:I hate post hogan wrestling. Back in the day, they didn't take it to such extremes that it was entertainment.
"Cheif" Wahoo McDaniel? He was around in that era.noski said:the Indian (drawing a blank on the name- he always wore a full headress...). That must have been late 60's/early 70's.
No, that wasn't it. But it did just come to me- Johny War Eagle and Billy Two Rivers was the Indian duo I was thinking about. Mad Dog Vachon was in that era too. Now my head hurts.Greg said:"Cheif" Wahoo McDaniel? He was around in that era.
