What ever happened to the response to the AZ challenge for Burke Mountain? It seems like its been a couple of months and I'm wondering if Ginn,etc. doesn't think they need our support or the publicity anymore........................................................... More than once in the past year I have had that "look down their nose at us" feeling .

We have made many attempts at contacting the management regarding the Challenge. We hope to have the answers soon. I certainly hope that Charlie and Dave are reading this and realize that there are many Burke fans in here...and there is movement afoot to have a large AZ gathering at Burke. Last year, we had 15 people come to Cannon. Much fun and much :beer: and good publicity.

i don't do big tours. my vote is on burke any ways. there is a lot going on during the summer and burke wouldn't be the first to take their time responding to the challenge. i sense that burke is being held to a higher standard than some other resorts that have taken just as long. not that holding burke to a higher standard is a bad thing....

Hmmm.... I wonder if there are any strings I can pull?
I would like to hear the responses as well. Future plans for the mountain make for good things to talk about on the long ride tot he summit :-D

Seems like they would respond. This is definately a Burke friendly zone here. We even have some Burke folks pop in here sometimes. Strange.
