I was just wondering if most of you read while you're doing your business in the bathroom. For a #1 I don't unless I'm at the local bar where they have the sports section above the urinal on a bulliten but for a #2..I like to take my time. My favorite things to read are the newspaper..a magazine like Newsweek..or if I'm really desperate the coupon clipper magazine. I think having a magazine rack in the bathroom is important. Some of my friends have no bathroom reading so I end up reading the back of a Pert plus bottle..that's the mad opposite of steezy...

Yep! Sure do! Have a magazine rack in the can down stairs...mostly car, offroad, and ATV stuff. I also like reading those realestate mags/flyers that we'll grab when we're in VT. Those also make good "I'm staying at an: inn, condo, hotel away from home and have nothing to read here" choice.

If I'm at home, kind of depends on what's on TV at that moment. Good show, it's pinch the loaf and get back to the couch. No real good TV, then as long as there isn't a screaming kid needing attention I've got no problems reading an article or 2

Have you seen my avatar?
Top this off with the fact that we have a flat screen tv mounted to the wall of our bathroom(with a DVD player)
Its not uncommon to take a soak in the tub and watch ski porn, or have the channel set to the game or race, so you don't miss anything when you have to do your duties. ;)

Muti-tasking at its best, I say!

and I'm getting very frustrated that I STILL haven't received my Skiing Resort Guide. I've damn near read the gear guide cover to cover about 100 times

Hell yeah..Real Estate mags are also good on the John..even though I don't plan on buying a house for several years..I can dream..

As of now..I have Newsweek, clipper magazine, a free local entertainment guide and a diet book on the floor of my bathroom..I need to get a steezy rack

My wife and I have contemplated adding the TV in the master bath, the only problem is that the way our master bath is currently laid out, there's just no place you could mount/hang a TV where you could view it from the throne without having it be either 6" infront of you, or so far to the side that you'd almost fall off the thrown if you're trying to watch the TV. Then, we'd need a 2nd TV for the bath/shower stall area, which would also have a bunch of the same logistically issues as the thrown area TV

So until we either move or decide to embark on major house renovation #4  the only video I'm viewing while on the thrown is if I bring the laptop in there with me ;)

Ski mags and Outside mostly. My wife cleaned it out recently, but I had 3 years worth of gear guides going for awhile.

Sometimes people will be nice and bring something in at work...and leave it there. It's always stuff you would never think of reading unless you were in the crapper: "Oooooh look!" The latest issue of "Captive Insurance"!"
