I don't think anyone's going to argue that.

:) I was just thinking of all the times I got shut out due to windhold.. Sugarbush and Wildcat come to mind..

just about every time I go to Tahoe I end up adjusting plans due to windhold..

I guess I've been lucky, I can only think of two times that I've been affected by wind-hold. The first time was at Snow and we drove up to Magic instead for one of the best ski days of my life. The second was at Sugarbush this past season, there was still enough open to have a blast so it wasn't really much of an issue.

No, but I'd say it's a stretch to say that the NE has the windiest weather in the world just because it's really windy on Washington.

Never said that - just pointing out something relevant to the thread..

From my observations - It's a lot windier at 6000 feet on mt Washington then it is a 6000 feet in other places.. It feels like 13000 feet on the top of washington... :) Except the o2 thing..

That being said - isn't the reason the whites are alpine zones because of the extreme wind and weather in general?

She doesn't really. She's just all uppity cause I moved to her state and she thinks I ruined it or some shite.

The man's quite astute actually. You could feel it in on the wind as soon as he planted his feet on the ground. All the crops wilted and the cows began giving sour milk.
