New computer and I really hate Internet Explorer... Used to use Firefox but after their security loophole recently, I'm thinking it might be time to try something else. Hit me up! What's your favorite web browser?

Internet Explorer, and it's not perfect, is what I keep coming back to.

Firefox, Chrome, etc I keep trying, but usually within a week or two, I'm back clicking on that "E" icon on my desktop as for what I use the various computers at home and work for day in and day out, IE seems to do the thing I want it to do better and more logically for my thought process than other browsers do

Firefox. I like Google Chrome a lot, but it just doesn't have the add-ons that I've grown used to having.

Forget IE. I only use that at work for things that require network authentication.

Same here. I've only used Chrome a few times, but it was missing several features that I've come to rely on with FF using add-ons.

IE is just a big turd, IMHO. I hate crap that only works in IE.

The only thing I don't like about FF is it tends to get bogged down and start hogging resources on occasion...

IE, because it's easy and I'm lazy. I used to use Firefox all the time, but then IE got tabs, and I just don't notice a big enough difference to warrant changing anything. Like I said, I'm lazy.

I had the same issue in Chrome also. Chrome opens up a new instance for each tab.

I just love the customization you can do with FF. I'm picky and generally don't like other people's interpretation of how I should do things (even if their way works perfectly well). Besides, the boss key add-on for FF is invaluable around here. ;)

I like Firefox for the add ons, but I've found Chrome to be more secure.

So I do all my porn and sketchy browsing on Chrome.

Still a FF guy...

I miss my add ons and customizations that are available with Firefox when I use anything else.

I don't know how anyone runs a browser (particularly during ski season) without Forecastbar... Though recently, I've been wondering if there's a better weather add-on. What do you guys have?

I used to use forecastfox (I think that was the name), haven't used it in years though. I don't like getting too wrapped up in the weather if I can help it. I let everyone else here figure it out for me. ;)

Forecastfox became forecastbar... I'm a weather junkie. I admit it.

I use IE most of the time. I tend to only launch Firefox if I want to run a browser that doesn't have the same cookie environment. I do it with Priceline when doing the name-your-own-price thing where they usually only let you bid once. I've never loaded up the Google browser. They already get too much of my profiling data from their search engine. I don't want to give them more by letting them see every mouse click.

I'm guessing you don't have Gmail. Love the ads they show based on the content of one's notes. Downright scary sometimes.

I use a browser to gain access to the internet. The only "add-ons" I use are "favorites" in IE. What am I missing?

(Don't care for FF.)

I never see the ads thanks to the Ad Block Plus FF add on.
