They are forcasting rain but it really feels like snow in the air. It's only 38F at my house.

Update...I might have read the thermometer wrong, it's currently 45F and raining but I bet there will be some new snow on the hill. I think I am looking at things with frost covered glasses...

It is only 25.3F on Mt. Washington right now. My forcast is for about 5 inches of snow/sleet ending with about .25 inches of rain.

Get the rain out of the way now....

And yes, it was really cold today.....but the leaves are still on the trees, so it still feels distant. Hard to believe four weekends or so before skiing!!!!! :snow:

It's actually getting warmer and I am hearing mixed reviews of the upcoming season. Has any mountain begin blowing snow? I believe a few resorts are stating a November 11th opening.... still possible?[/QUOTE

Early November outlook is for below average temps, and as for anyone opening by Nov 11, all the River needs is a couple days of cold temps to get some trails covered. I got a good feeling about this year we are definately due!

THINK :snow:
