As others have said, there are some distance issues with the suggestions made.

1. Ben and Jerry's Factory is in Waterbury and probably a solid 75-90 minutes each way. My kids enjoyed the tour when they were young. Now they just like to go and grab some ice cream (without doing the tour) when we are skiing Stowe or the Mad River Valley.

2. The outlets in Queensbury are also about 90 minutes in each direction.

3. Jay Peak is at least 2.5 hours each way.

On a bad weather day I'd suggest curling up by the fire with a good book or going to the movies.
 
Top
