The deal for the private land sale is all but done and it should have little effect of Bolton's operations or their property values. The people who buy it have every right to protect their own land from whatever they see fit IMHO
The MRV has had a wonderful public pathway along the Mad River for the last 20 years but due to irresponsible dog owners, the path is well signed that dogs must be leashed and you have to take care of Fido's doo doo, the land owners finally got tired of dealing with all the dog crap and running loose so the pathway is closed for the forseeable future.
It's a shame the public has a track record of not respecting peoples private property, this is the result. Bummer
