Easties, get out and ski. I'll send a note to your boss for you. Latest harbinger: My wife just came in and said the crocuses are starting to come up. "Isn't that depressing" I said. I hope she begins to understand why I'm crammin' so much skiing in right now. Back in Nov. she said, "you'll have a good four months" I don't believe it.

Get off the keyboard and get up north. Heading somewhere on Friday. Anywhere....

Actually the conditions are pretty nice right now. Except on natural trails. I was at Sunday River yesterday and the skiing was excellent. Stuff for about everyone. Moguls, some trails left ungroomed. and lots of groomed runs. Get out there and support the ski areas!!!! They have been doing an incredible job of snowmaking lately!

Actually, today makes day 21 for me, and I'll probably hit 24 this week. (Not all of it was good, but at least it was skiing.) Last week was definitely the best so far, and I'm hoping for even better ahead.

I've been hitting the local hill, Mountain Creek 2-3 times a week with my daughter. Its been fine but things are about to get better...

...leaving Friday night Jet Blue to SLC and staying/skiing for four days. First time to Utah and I am eager to see what all the fuss is about! I know they haven't had snow in a while but it HAS to be better than the NE. It looks like beginning tomorrow there is even some snow in the forecast!!!

Looking forward to the greatest snow on earth.

I got out for a few hours last night and I'll get out again Wednesday night. I don't foresee any extended trips until the AZ South Gathering on 2/16.
