It's real easy to encourage your friends to do the following:

Recycle.
Walk/Bike.
Pick up trash/don't litter.
Take public transport.
Turn out lights/appliances that aren't in use.
Turn down the heat/AC.

AZ has some great folks in here who I know can lead by example, so at this time when people are forgetting about our fragile environment, do your part to help out. :idea: :wink:

This day use to be Green up Day in Vermont. Many civic actions. Road side clean up conservation discussions. I remember it a kid well. Stuck in my mind.

Don't eat McD/BK/etc. You don't need it, and it's bad for you.
Buy raw foods, preferably localy produced, and cook it yourself. Proccessed food is bad for you, and you don't need it.

Above all else, be happy, and help others. It's good for you, and we all need it.
