Has anybody hit Berkshire East this week?

Thinking about hitting the BEast Thursday on my way home -- any idea how things are there right now? FWIW, I ski there at least three times a year and know the mountain pretty well -- just curious about conditions and open trails really.

Duh. Just saw billski's report and it looks awesome.

So, maybe a better question is does anybody know the state of the mountain now compared to 12/14?

yeah. they got a foot more snow since i was last there. The base has to be spectacular at this point. i don't know if they got sleet or rain at the end on sunday. call them!

there has to be lots of unpacked but chopped stuff. I doubt you'll see a lot of bumps, since not that many people have been out. they didn't even have the ski school running yet last week.

billski -- thanks for the update.

Just got in to Deerfield on my way down from NH -- snowing all the way down until the VT/MA border -- there it was rainier (but still whiteish.) So we'll see tomorrow -- whatever it is, for 25 bux you can't really complain. I'll tag an update on to your trip report tomorrow night or Friday.
