THE best dogs I've ever had are the house brand at Oscar's Smokehouse in Warrensburg, NY. Natural casing. I'm pretty sure they're a beef/pork blend. I stock up a cooler when I pass that place on the way home from Gore.

Meh...then I can't contribute to this thread. Don't eat any of those. BTW... Isn't Kosher and Beef redundant. I always though Kosher dogs were made with beef. ...Any Kosher Zoners wanna chime in?

Not redundant. While kosher hot dogs clearly can't have pork, they have to have kosher beef/chicken/turkey (without getting into too much details, proper slaughtering process). While your typical kosher hotdog is all beef, not all all beef hotdogs are kosher.
