I have been too busy lately to think about skiing all that much and it's only been three months since I was on snow.

My son and I got our bronze passes in the mail today, so the excitement is building.

It has been much worse this year than ever before and Im not sure why.

Ive always had the idea of picking up shop and heading west but in the last few weeks I have been seriously planning. Looking for jobs, trying to work out the finances etc.

What remains to be seen is if I actually have the guts to leave a good situation and follow though.

I had no money last year. It was the first time in 20 years I did not go at least once. I am going once this year, even if it is to Wachusett.... But it will have to wait until at least Feb 07......

I'm at a pretty bad level. I'll be hitting up probably Jiminy first; praying for early-to mid November.

I went to the doctor and got a shot, cleared one itch up right away.

I am looking foward to ski season, though. In a big way.

The temps and the change in leaves are getting to me but I just have so much to do at work and at home that it's almost out of mind. Commutes when listening to the radio is the worst, some songs get me thinking about about memorable days from past seasons.

I have been watching warren Miller films. My itch went away when I watched Impact. That was the worst WM film I have ever seen. If I had the money I would be getting some Meathead Films.
