The Bush had big crowds this weekend, bigger than last winter. Win announced in a story on WCAX tonight that the Bush is up about 10% over last year so far for skier visits. He credited being 100% open and heavy use of social media. I talk to alot of people in my job everyday and guests are happy and surprised with the good conditions. No big storms lately but alot of 2-4" type storms have made a big diference.

Love the Bush.

Be there next week for a day or two after everyone leaves.

Skied there 2 weeks ago after one of those 3" overnight dustings (they got 6" the day before). Best POW day so far this season for me. I don't think there were 100 people on the mountain on a Tues.

Oh yeah all lifts were spinning except for Valley House double.

I would put Cannon in the less than normal Presidents weekend catagory.Saturday was certainly more crowded than the average and Sunday had a few more.Anytime we have lines of a few minutes we get a little grumpy.

It wouldn't surprise me to see crowds pick up after this week. Reports of good conditions should spread and the day trippers will begin to make the journey.

Jackson is jam packed right now. We were during the Christmas holiday as well.

Lots of talk of people getting sick of hanging around on "staycations" the past couple years and people just said screw it, Im going on a trip.
