Must be some real rugged terrain at Blue. Hope you do better on snow than you do on a couch.

Blue mountain has two double diamonds..pretty intense stuff...where do you ski when you're not at Killington and Mad River Glen??? Afterwork on weekdays?

Jersey yo!!
Another elite skier from New Jersey. I'll take my 40-50 days in Pa then go north (New England) and west (Utah) over your 20-25 days strictly up north any time.

Elite skier? Not me, however, I do get in about 60 days a season in Vermont and between 20 and 30 out west each ski season. I'll have that 20 to 25 days you speak of in by New Years, and none of them will be in Pa. Mark it down!!

If you get to ski that much at those places God Bless you. You're either extremely wealthy or work in the industry. For me it's a matter of doing the most skiing I can for the least amount of $. I thought my 60 days between PA, Northern New England and Utah was pretty good but you've got me beat.

Last season I got in 20 days at Sunday River and 12 at Sugarloaf and when all was said and done we did have a great time but also wound up driving 30,000 + miles in 7 months time.

This year with the economy in the crapper and money alot tighter, we are going for a different approach of skiing more locally and it's nice to have some quality skiing close to home. I find that I can have just as much fun on 200' of vertical as I can on 2,000' especially with good company because in the end it's the experience that counts.
