I'm done at one day in February. I hit an ice patch and caught an edge on Birdland at Sugarbush last Saturday resulting in a ride down the mountain in the ski patrol sled. I have a severe strain of my vastus lateralis which is one of the quadricep muscles in the thigh. I went to the orthopedic doctor this week and everything checked out fine with my knees and ligaments but he put me on the "disabled list" for at least 4 weeks.
