Doing surprisingly fine here. Just been so busy lately that I haven't had much time to dwell on the lack of skiing. I do want to find time to get back out on the mountain bike. The goal is to have a summer activity to keep the ski jones in check.

Turn earners need not reply.

So far so good, although it usually doesn't really start with me until I've atleast played a few rounds of golf, and this year so far the only golfing I've do is carry my clubs from the basement to my car :(

Skiing tomorrow and Sunday. Dealing fine.

I was not sure if I would get out again. Probably do the same next weekend.

Really okay if I don't. I just move to hiking. As long as I'm outside in the mountains I'm ok. When it ends I can live with it. I just go till the last possible time I can.

I find that I'm not thinking about skiing as much during the work week, but on weekends when I have days off, I wish I was out there.

I always miss skiing and I have my recent credit card bills to remind me of all the spring skiing I did in Vermont. Over the summer I'll be buying lots of new ski gear and with each fleece and pair of skis that arrives..I'll want to ski even more..Steep and Cheap.com rocks..thanks to that site..I have a goggle quiver..lol

Pardon? Sorry, couldn't hear you. You'll have to speak up.

I am jonesing real bad. Can't hardly wait for Memorial Day weekend. Can't believe I will not be able to ski this weekend due to other commitments.

Sorry, but with a topic like this during mid-May, it is just begging for attention.

It doesn't hurt. Really it doesn't!

Actually, I've started hiking, practicing disc golf, and . . . feeding the bugs. :-?

I find my disc golf hasn't deteriorated that much, during the winter. We had a lost-and-found sale, in March. They brought up the discs that people turned in, but were not recovered when their owners were notified by the shop.

I bought 6 of them. So I have to practice throwing them to try to see the differences in their flight paths. I hardly even notice the people skiing down Stein's. :-?

I know turn earners are not supposed to reply, but, got out of work a little early this afternoon and did something I have never done before. Strapped the skis on the backpack, packed in the boots, put on my sneakers, and hopped on the mountain bike! I got some pretty weird stares while riding through North Woodstock and Lincoln, NH! Rode to the base of South Peak and hiked about halfway up and skied down Cruiser. It was a nice fix but the shakes will be back soon :puke:

I'm over it completely now. Just thought about the "jones" yesterday as I was seeing how lush the greenery has become with all the recent rain...and how high the grass got in one frickin week!

So I'm all set prolly till about the first cool day in September...then I'll start to twitch.
