When I had my injuries my 2 oldest sons were still very young, 5 and 3 years old. I had just gotten the younger one, Peter, to turn and stop on his own. My wife picked up the slack and skiied with both boys every weekend for the rest of that season and the next. And my wife isn't addicted to skiing like I am, and she's an intermediate at best.
A good woman always steps in like that and picks up the slack during a crisis. No need for your daughter to suffer too.

With a good doctor to repair him, he should be back skiing before the season's done.

no i won't rub it in his face. he's the addict. i am just a beginner and not very brave at that.
my daughter is going to be bummed..he promised her black diamonds this winter...she'll be lucky if i do intermediates and she's not allowed to ski by herself yet.
we are in jackson...hoping the doc is a good one. gotta do some reseach but he's said it will be 6-8 weeks before surgery..does that sound right?? so we have some time.
clean the house..u r 2 funny..he'd be home pouting and watching tv all day before cleaning the house!

since he's trapped at home in the recliner he's been doing internet research. that's what he's read, that the repaired knee will be better than before.
