spring conditions.

Just got back and it was a good day. A little crowded, a lot of kids for the racing camp. Not much open. Hellgate to kennedy was in very good shape with almost no bare patches. It got bumped up towards the end of the day and was pretty fun, as in I could practice hitting the moguls with no ice. Mini Konka even stayed in good shape with moguls at the top. The entrance was sketchy though. The Belt held up as it's pretty cold back there. Eisenhower alas was a mess. If you like playing in the mud it would be fine. My wife tried it and got pretty mudded up. It did have a mogul field in the middle but too many bare patches and rocks. Coming off Mini you have to cut through the park and it was pretty sketchy. Cold temps are supposed to return so I'm sure they will be back in shape soon.

Sounds like it's in a little worse shape than Friday, but they were able to hold onto all the terrain. I can only imagine how sketchy Ike must look, it was pretty damn thin on the one run that took on it just after lunch on Friday...

No kidding. And don't kid yourself, Brian. You tamed those bumps on Ike just fine. I could also tell you were having fun Friday hitting the smaller bump lines scattered around the mountain. I see a mogul addict in the making.... ;)
