A pretty perfect day at Hunter was had yesterday. Almost perfect conditions and almost all the runs open.
Racers edge was in perfect shape, no ice, some decent moguls, awesome.
Clairs...finaly open! All moguled up, no ice! Spent half the day back there. One thing that does concern me (future rant post coming) was the amount of people yardsaling and sliding down the thing. These people looked like they could barely get down a blue run let alone something like Clairs.
All the other runs where pretty much the same, mowed down but in good shape. Spent the day going back and forth between the West side and the face runs. Very few people there, no lines ever. Foggy at the top but no big deal, and it stayed pretty cold with flurries throughout the day.
Get it while its good as the weather for this weekend lookes questionable.
