Hunter Mountain

wet powder, HARD PACK, piles of mush, corn, untracked if you looked and great moguls on Ike.

Driving up in the rain my little one Spencer asked if it ever rains, snows, suns or hails in one day. Well, it didn't take long for that to happen. First runs were tough with clouds on the top. Vary hard base below a wet powder and corn surface.

Eventually things began to soften, some snow, graupel and yes the sun. Ike soften nicely and became the run of the day. Huega to upper Racers to Ike.

Kudos to Hunter Management for running the quad till 5PM. Gotta love DST.

The course on Ike is in primo shape. Come and enjoy it. Send compliments or complaints to questions@huntermtn.com, they are looking at all customer comments these days.

Went on Monday....pretty much bullet proof until noon. Lower K27 and upper x over where the best runs. West side remained closed.............death ice.
