Has anyone ever gone to one of these? It will be held on the 4th, yeah Super Bowl Sunday. The cost seems OK at $105.00 plus lift ticket. I need to step it up a few notches. All the good trails around here are mogul trails.

Is it more of an advanced workshop, or do they split into levels?

Thanks...see what my problem is confidence on the bumps (more than the icy ones than those fluffy hero bumps.) I just get choked up on em and make big mistakes.
Same here. This year Sundown seeded some smaller bumps on Exhibition which has a mellow pitch and they're only on the right side of the trail so you have a bail out. I believe they were instrumental in giving me the confidence to start trying the tougher bumps on Nor'easter. Just having the option to bail out if I felt the need was huge for me. Now I'll hit the bumps on Nor'easter, which don't have a bail out option, knowing that I can make it down them without getting stuck...
Isn't a buck 05 + plus lift a little steep (no pun intended)
And the pics of that seeded bump run at Sunapee show a run that is the next step for those learning. Steeper pitch, but the bumps are perfectly spaced and not too rutted yet.
How do you figure? A lift ticket alone costs $55 or so. You don't think a full day instructor who's going to be a level 3 or better to teach bumps is worth $105?
Sunapee usually has a second mogul run on lift line, it's under the sun bowl fixed quad (last year it was a triple). The bumps are spaced about the same as in flying goose but the pitch on lift line is easier. Last year Sunapee opened a third mogul run under the high speed quad, small section under the chipmunk trail, bumps were more spaced and on a green trail pitch. Over all it a great place for progressive learning and as jim states, good for warming up the body.
Okemo is a place I don't frequenctly go to, but I thought Sel's choice was on a gentle pitch, I think the trail has a black diamond mark because it's has a terrain park. I'm not sure of the pitch on Limelight over at jackson gore.
When I started getting hooked on bumps, I have freaked on how big the bumps are or how long the trail is. What works for me is just focusing on 3 to 4 bumps ahead and don't look beyond that. I did the same with steep trails, I don't focus on how far away or the angles, I just look 20 to 30 feet ahead of me.
I have never skiied at Sunapee, and it was never on my radar until I saw those pics. Next trip to NH and I'll make it a point to check the place out.
PM if you make it over to here. On weekdays I got to clear it with my boss at work and the big boss from home. I can't give you a full tour since I've been mainly do laps on the moguls. The other thing I've noticed is that they have some nice makings for good glade trails on the way to the lift line trail. Never been on them due to a lack of natural stuff.
