Wedding guidelines for a Skier

Well, congratulations and welcome to the "big slide". I wish you all the best.
I must however review some basic ski-engagement protocol.

For starters, you must have the appropriate wedding-cake topper (I hope Mrs. TB-2B is reading this...) May I suggest that we AZ's chip in on the following

There are also some generally accepted practices. Here is a starter:
1. Avoid scheduling weddings, showers and other parties during any snow events.
2. Weddings during powder days are prohibited.
3. Ski Poles, Boards and Skis are generally not allowed in the reception hall.
4. Feel free to add

My sister-in-law got married on top of Whistler Mountain. Something to think about.
Of course, we didn't get invited (spur-of-the-moment thing, apparently planned months in advance. But we're not bitter).
