This place is quickly turning into the Kzone of old, I'm taking a break....

Taking a break can be a good idea. I sometimes ban myself for awhile and in a couple of weeks I come back with a better attitude.

Personally I'd like to see a flame war between HS and Snowman...now that would be entertaining. I have no pity for HS, he brings it upon himself...broad generalizations and hurling insults at everyone on the AZ. I'd like to head over to the ski off and pick up the guantlet that has been thrown down...for the silent majority on the AZ...but I'll be in italy by sat am.

I have not had the pleasure of skiing with eastcoast yet, but I have the feeling he has mad skills.

HPD, I agree 100% with ya----bigger question is why AZ'ers even give the guy the time of day---pay know attention and he goes away---I for one think he's funnier than hell----

More than any of that, how can people get all jacked up about a ski-off at the Big k??? i MEAN ANYONE CAN SKI THAT DUMP. Not like it's at WF or anything!!!

I had hoped to get over and ski with the AZ gang on Friday, but have family stuff to do. Saturday could be possible, depends what time we get back, Friday night or Sat.

Went kayaking today, had a paddle off with my son and his friend. My son beat me, dang.

3rd week in April usually, May 1st is the latest. This year with NYS budget cuts they had to close to cut expenses. I get that.

No wet suit we where just touring on the Ausable, he decided he wanted to race the last 800 yards or so back to where we put in. It was fun and a good sprint workout.

It was freezing, my feet didn't warm up just from getting the boat out until I took a hot shower.

I have not had the pleasure of skiing with eastcoast yet, but I have the feeling he has mad skills.

aww shucks, you're making me blush. Yeah, work took me out west for most of the winter...from 12/1 to 3/6 there were about 96 days, I was away from NE for 48 of them. I can certainly justify a trip up there for biz and pleasure, but the time to shoe-horn it in is another story. I only got 12 days at Sunday River this year, the home hill, and 6 of them were with my 3yr old...over 20 days in UT, WY, and CO, all for "work."
Martini speaks highly of you...I'm sure we'd have a good time.
