I put a post in the News and articles section under that. Ya. I would love to go just a long way in the wrong direction. Still may go. Being a fair weather skiier makes it easy to be selective.

Yep, not much left for skiing in these parts. I was surprised as to how early Crotched closed. :(

I'd like to hit Stowe too...but may wait til when there is snow  I've had enough long drives for a while...am going to stay close this weekend, sleep in, put the nice boards away, and chill. May or may not be at SR on May 1st....things have changed for that weekend schedule-wise :x

Not a good sign.....

Regretfully, we will not be able to open this weekend. Warm temps and wind overnight have deteriorated conditions such that we would not be able to offer a quality product and to top it off, we’re expecting up to half an inch of rain today and tonight. The outlook for the weekend isn’t looking good either (more rain both Saturday and Sunday) and so, Jay Peak is now closed for the season. Time to begin the countdown for 2005-06.

Translation from Quebecois  : "We's got the snow with some bare spots, but no skiers and riders, so we's closing before we lose $$$."

Not surprised. Jay doesn't go that long.

Did you go to the Tie-Dye weekend at Killington?
Sorry just saw this, no Loon Sat Sundar River Sunday. I did ski with Terry at Sunday river on Sunday also. He joined my family.. The family wanted to ski so we went together. Loon skiing was free cause of passes and I had some comps from a Cust for the River.
