Yep, a nice 2-3" has fallen overnight here about 1 mile from Mansfield. Still snowing handily , but winds are picking up steadily.
Gotta love that mountain magic!
Pics when I return.

Actually had a one hour mini-blizzard at Jiminy Peak from 1:30-2:30 pm.
Prolly only 1/2" or so. Just enough to cover the bare spots under the lift and make everything look all white again.

..elevation, elevation, elevation.....

Ya' can't beat elevation, especially in New England in the spring....
Spitting snow here & there, for a few minutes at a time, around the Bigelows today..but nothing like what Stowe can get..othw, just a beautiful sunshiny day..

Oh yeah just back from the weekend at Jay Peak. A legit 5-6 inches on most of the mountain. I love surprise powder days. While the surface underneath was rock solid, coverage was excellent and was still finding fresh lines in the trees at 3:30!!

Sugarbush had 3-5" of new snow yesterday. Snowed hard until mid day then blue skies and temps in the high twenties. Lots of ice still lurking underneath.....
