With 7-9 on Sunday night and 3-5 on Monday/Monda night. Jay was the plave to be on Tuesday. Day started off a little blustery and snowy, but winds diminished to very calm and totally blue bird by the afternoon with temps in the 20's. Downright tropical by Jay standards. The upper Mt was on windhold on Monday till the late afternoon and by Tuesday it was primed and ready to roll
Must of been superwindy up there as there was some slad and some wind windscorn in what I thought were unusuall places, especially th emiddle of the mountain near the flyer. Expo galde, an old reliable for example was slabby and somewhat windscorn. Things over towards the bonnie ie canyonland and lookers right off the flyer ie beaver pond and beyond skied best. They were also base building on the jet with tons of snowmaking, but we were all set with that after last weeks superstar onslought
All of this for $47 with proof of another mountains season pass. Well worth it and better than the beastly groomers here. BOOM Jay Peak

And last but not least, Indy, who had her right cranial cruciate ligament replaced on Monday. She had her left done last January. No worries though, she'll be in bay 1 shape this late april
