Jay Peak = Golf?

Are the only organized summer activities at Jay golfing and buying real estate? If you look at other resorts, even Bolton, they invent other activities to keep 'em coming. The only thing at Jay seems to be Golfing and Real Estate. Otherwise, it seems you're on your own (nothing wrong with that, lots to hike, bike, swim, etc.)

Or am I missing something?
