Jiminy reopens Friday

Jiminy will re-open for skiing & riding on Friday at 9 am! We will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 4 pm for our final weekend (really!!) of the season. Q1, Novice and Cricket lifts will be in operation. Check back Thursday for updated trail count information.

Surprised there will be no six pack...

The trails on the west side (especially west way) are probably shot from the rain, so they figure they can kill two birds with one stone with that set-up... Beginners, and the trails on the East Side with the Quad. I remember them doing late season like that a while ago once before into May...

They cant run the 6-pack because it uses too much power that they need to use for the turbine project.

Wouldn't they just use the Triple then?

What is Q1 then? Is that the double that runs next to the park? I heard they were runin the triple this weekend, dont know why not run it.

The Q1 is that quad that runs up Whitetail... the Grand Slam chair is the double next to the park.

edit: Is the Alpine Slide down for the count? Or is it being replaced?

Not sure..but I saw all the alpine slide sleds downstairs in the lodge on Saturday.
