Kare's Race at Bromley is one of the root races of the Eastern Telemark Series. This race is always a good time and the compitition is fierce. This will be Kare Andersen's 23'rd year of hosting this exciting event. We encourage everybody who has an interest in Telemark Racing to come out and support the race by signing up and participating in this event.
This is a USTSA sanctioned event and USTSA members who compete in the Expert class will be eligible for points to be applied to their National Ranking.
The format for Kare's Race is a "Sprint Classic" and will be judged as best combined of two runs after penalties are added. Penalty points will be given for an improper Telemark turn or falling in the gate. Penalty points will also be given on the Jump for not making the minimum distance line for the class that you are racing in and/or not doing a proper Telemark landing.
