Alright ... as it turns out, everyone is going to wait until next weekend for the trip. :( They're planning on taking advantage of the late season rates which start next week. Thanks for all the tips we'll use them next week. (I should be up there, if not my buddies will)

I switched my plans for Okemo this weekend as my wife would like to take advantage of their easier terrain and I got a good ski and stay package at "The Castle." Room and 2/2 day lift tix for $218 a night. It probably works out the same as Killington if I got a room, a lift ticket for my wife and used my pass. Now Ty and Andy will you be at JAX that Saturday evening? If I can talk her into it maybe we'll take the short trip for the meet and greet.

BeanoNYC, were you talking about this past Saturday or next Saturday (4/1)? Next Saturday is BMCC (Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge) and, from past experience, most K-zoners will be too drunk to go to HH at Jax. SkiDork and I might stop by if you are definitely going to be there.

Have to agree with Ty. Happy hour begins at 8:00 A.M. at the BMMC.
Hope we see some Alpine Zoners there!

LOL, I was up there this past weekend. I tried to find that meeting spot at K1....Back Deck
electric sign? I couldn't find it right away and my friends were getting restless so we hopped on the gondola. Sorry.

Two solid days of Skiing, Dave. Bear mountain was packed due to the competition but the rest of the mountain was fairly empty. Slushy corn snow made for tiring turns, but the leg burn was well worth it.

Well, one of these day. I felt bad, told you me and my wife would be in Silver Spyders, and we wound up wearing green shells instead. We didn't anticipate that it would be so warm. Great weekend overall.

Hey, hey, what are you doing inviting this rowdy bunch. Trying to give the Kzoners a bad name!
JK, the more the merrier.
The Kzoners didn't seems as rowdy as some of their online presences might suggest and welcomed me to ski with them. I suppose next weekend will be the true test of the groups personality... nothing like a little booze in the morning to expose your true self!

Too bad we missed you Beano.

I'll try to make it for the BMMC.

They try to lull you into a false sense of comfort, then slap you upside the head when you least expect it!
