in addition to extending the season, they're adding an hour to the day staying open til 5pm while maintaining the same opening time. you can have it both ways at k. damn i'm starting to sound like skiingsnow ...

Who doesn’t need a little more vitamin D this time of the year? In celebration of spring, soft snow and later sunsets, we are extending lift hours starting Saturday, March 30 as follows:


Saturday, March 30 – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 6 – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 13 – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.



Starting Monday, April 15:

Monday-Friday – 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Base Lodge services will remain open as needed to support the extended lift hours. Please help spread the word.

Killington has been changing to a 5 o'clock close for a few years already. In the past they made opening time an hour later also.

K I think lots of people will be happy with this. I love skiing late with soft snow more fun later in the day.
