Tcharron....what are you talking about?

S.P. Land Co. bought the resorts, and POWDR is going to be running it, Intrawest isn't involved at all.

You're right. For some reason I got confused with ASC selling Steamboat to Intrawest. *ThWaPs self*

Could have sworn I'd read it was them, but aperently wrong mountain.

Pretty sure Powdr is privately held....

Ahh, here's the quote:

SP Land Company, headquartered in Killington, VT, is an affiliate of Ski Partners, LLC. Ski Partners LLC is affiliated with E2M Partners, LLC, a Dallas, Texas based private equity fund that invests in a diverse portfolio of real estate-related opportunities.

Don't believe they are related in any way to Intrawest. My mistake was mixing up ASC's sales of Steamboat with that of Killington/Pico

I can't comment on S.P. Land Co. as I don't really know much about them and there isn'ta whole lot of info out there, but....the official press release says they are partenering with Powdr to run the resorts.

Now, if S.P. Land had any affiliation with Intrawest, they definitely would not be dealing with Powdr.
