Is the Sunrise Bar and Grill worth checking out for lunch? Is there a bar to sit at or would I be stuck at a table? I'm thinking of going either there or the jerk chicken place tomorrow.

Sunrise Bar and Grill is excellent. They are open for lunch Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Dinner Friday, Saturday. Try the duck (dinner), it's exceptional.

The jerk shack has great food cooked by Jamaicans. I bring my own lunch most of the time but go to the jerk shack a few times a year, its the only place I'll go to buy lunch on the mtn

The Jerk shack at Killington is actually quite good. It's legit Jamaican food. Probably the best food on the mountain. Get the specials. It's usually Oxtail, curry chicken or curry goat. Portions are HUGE so it's best to share.

I look forward to the expansion next year where it will effectively become the Northbrook Lodge w/the Jerk shack inside.

Great day today. I found fresh snow all day. Had to stick to the gondolas though. The headwind coming down the liftlines was brutal. I tried the Sunrise cafe but didn't care for it much. The chili was uninspired and tasted like it came out of a bag. There were some Killington hero skiiers well buzzed and yelling at each other about that ski/snowboard collision. I wonder if the Sunrise triple actually brings down the value of the houses there. What a charmless relic.

Friday night on the way up I ate at the Millstone in New London NH. Amazing restaurant. The food and atmosphere was top notch. The playlist was ripped right out of an old bedtime magic show. A gigantic dog was paraded around the place at one point. Can't say enough good things about the Millstone.

Had a great morning 8-1130 shift. Untracked Stash woods to start. Then OL and Fiddle. Skied well. South Ridge lift was cold but snow good. Got stuck on skyepeak express for 15 minutes. Went over to needles until my goggles froze on the inside:mad::mad::mad:🀬🀬🀬.

Wind was really kicking then and mountain was fogged in from top of needles up.

Great day!

NO WAY, not even close. McDonalds in Rutland. If you go off the back to Wheeler Rd. Bang a hard left or right. Go to the end and you're there. Good fries and bagels.

It seems like a moosey is getting too much press.

When run and play goes wrong?

Who's fault?

At this pont we don't know...
