One comment from above... Robyn's is a TOUGH run. If you go there, expect anything!

I haven't skied K-Mart for years but I agree withthe comment about the beginner trails wandering thru all the others.

The one I remember from there was Carpenter's Run. It is from the bottom of Needle's Eye and I think it gained in vertical instead of dropping. :x

At Sugarbush, I'd vote for Downspout at South. Known as Deathspout and a lot of names I can't post, it is the main way to Heaven's gate. I'll look, later for some of the pix I have of it. They make the above pix look empty.

At North I vote for Upper Rim Run. It is an ice cube. Nothing to do, many times but point them down and hope nobody in front of you does anything stupid.

Deathspout hit a new low this past season when a race or competition was held on one half of lower Deathspout. This already congested area turned into a tangled mass of fallen humanity writhing on a narrow strip of polished ice. I don't have a picture, but it made the Killington picture at Snowdon look like people helicopter skiing in Alaska.

I remember that weekend. It was funny... or not, depending.

I remember when I first came across the area as they were building the bump course.

 "You're gonna do what???"

In fairness to the bush, tho they had signs up and for most of the time (every time I was over there) they had an ambassador or two suggesting people go another way.

But that did make that trail go to a different level!
