Loon Mountain Closing Ski Operations April 16, 2006

Was just notified that Loon is closing the skiing operations at the end of the day on Sunday April 16, 2005.

I guess I'll have to go...

definitely not for lack of snow! i was very much impressed with their coverage despite frozen hard conditions this past saturday. especially compared to the essentially bare slopes of cannon, the recent few inches of snow over there not with standing. the bigger problem is no one is showing up...

They have moved closing date to April 17th know. I'll be there Friday through Monday.
