Marc's Stowe vacation: a few pictures

I took a 3 day vacation up to Stowe just before Labor Day with my girlfriend Meredith. Did some hiking and relaxing. Sorry, no naughty pictures. Only pretty scenery and crap like that. And some good pic's of Mer of course.

Mer on the Stow Rec Path, of which we walked 6 miles on Saturday-

Mer in the notch-

We climbed Mansfield via the Long Trail on Sunday, which turned out to be a lousy day for climbing, but oh well. It was worth it-

Seal on the Chin, evidence of our accomplishment-

Proof that I am actually dating a very attractive girl, and no she is not paid-

Mer is blurry in this photo because she was trying to back out of the frame. I think that was her way of telling me I had snapped enough photos of her already-

Nice Stowe pictures...the rec path, long trail, and hiking around on the ski trails are all great. Did you hit any good restaurants? Do trip to Stowe for me is complete without a visit to The Shed and Pie-Casso

I'd recommend Olive's Bistro for a nice restaurant in town. If you're looking for a bar to hang at where many local ski bums hang at, Ladie Invited

Unfortunately Miguels closed it's doors this past spring..but they still make salsa and tortilla chips..McCarthys for breakfast or The Bagel for an Early Riser

I don't know what's going in Miguels place..the last time I was up in Stowe was late April. They also used to have a Miguels near Waitsfield. There has been alot of turnover among restaurants in Stowe. Pie-Casso used to be a French Restaurant and there was a McDonalds where Hanna is now located..

Well, that is indeed Marc. Now how much money he actually paid that poor girl to pose for/with him, I can't tell you...

I don't think he's dating his sister, just used her for posing.

Well she definitely isn't my sister, because my sister looks a lot like me. Which is a mean thing to say of my sister, but she was never very nice to me either.

The only question up in the air is whether or not I'm paying her, and the answer is definitely no. She felt bad enough for me I guess that she decided to hang around for free. I haven't figured out why yet, and in that regard makes me slightly suspicious, but I'm not going to ask questions. You don't look a gift horse or a highly intelligent, good natured hottie in the mouth. Or something. Somewhere in there I made my point.
