Resort: Mount Snow

Conditions: Overcast, temps in the mid/upper 40's in the PM, nice soft "hero" snow!

Report: Took the AM off since I was more interested in skiing AFTER the front went by and spring snow arrived. Hit the hill around noon in just a fleece jacket and a baselayer and the shell pants :) Great soft snow all over the place that from time to time in the lesser skied/ridden/machine worked areas could be sticky. Had the dual fun of having my daughter get her first Beartrap runs(SWEET, SOFT bumps :) ) AND my son get his first run outside of the beginner area when I took him down Snowdance off Canyon Quad - he only fell about 3 or 4 times the whole run - not too shabby for kid who turned 3 a couple of months ago if I do say so myself :)

Should be some nice spring conditions tommorrow as it looks to be a day with similar temps AND it appeared today that they were clearing off Cuzzins Deck and bringing in some equipment suggesting that tommorrow will kick off the outdoor BBQ season! :)

I'm on the hill for atleast the morning, then sometime tommorrow afternoon I have to pack up the car and head back to the reality of CT after what will have been 9 straight days of two planking @ Mt Snow.

BTW, you'll very likely see a bunch of goggle/sunglasses tans and/or all out facial sunburns tommorrow from the folks that skied today :)
