Anyone know how mount snow is progressing toward opening this coming weekend? Cold enough for snowmaking late this week?

They had some coverage at the top of the mountain when we stopped by on Saturday.

My completely uneducated opinion is that the chances of Mt. Snow opening this weekend are somewhere between slim and none. A couple brief snowmaking windows this week, but not enough to get them, or anyone else for that matter, open without already having a good base down. It looks like Sunday River definitely, and perhaps Killington will be the only options again this weekend.
